Your chakras are the seven energy centers of your body. Each of these twenty-one guided meditations for creativity will give you an in-depth understanding of each chakra.


Crown Chakra

Your crown chakra is symbolized by the color violet and located at the highest point on your head. It represents your connection to bliss consciousness, receiving the divine energy, and union to the oneness of all things in the universe.

3rd Eye Chakra

The third eye chakra is your ability to focus on and see the big picture. It is symbolized by the color indigo blue and located in the forehead. It represents intuition, imagination, wisdom, and your ability to think and make decisions.

Throat Chakra

Your throat chakra is symbolized by the color light blue and is located in your throat. It represents communication and self-expression of feelings and truth. The verbal communication chakra, the truth that flows from the inside.

Heart Chakra

Located in your heart center, this chakra is where unconditional love is generated. Symbolized by the color green, it is related to everything emotional and is reflected through compassion, solidarity, and love for our self and others.

Solar Plexus Chakra

Your solar plexus is located in your upper abdomen and is symbolized by the color yellow. It represents your sense of self-worth, self-confidence, and self-esteem. This chakra is where we perceive our emotions and governs our will power.

Sacral Chakra

Your sacral chakra is located in your lower abdomen and symbolized by the color orange. It is your connection and ability to accept others and new experiences. It represents your creative life force energy and your sense of pleasure and sexuality.

Root Chakra

Your root chakra is located at the base of your spine and represents your foundation and feeling of being grounded. Symbolized by the color red, it represents money, abundance, and everything related to the physical or earthly.

Below are some essential meditation tips to improve your daily meditation practice.

Where to meditate

Anywhere you can close your eyes feel safe without distractions. Simply find a place where you can plugin and follow along each guided meditation.

When to meditate

Any time you look forward to meditating. Morning and evening align with our body’s natural quiet rhythms. Studies have shown morning meditations last longer.

Body position

Being comfortable during meditations is very important. While the preferred method is for sitting up straight to cultivate alertness, you can also lie down.

Your thoughts

If you find yourself distracted by your thoughts, know that thinking is inevitable and normal. Simply be aware of them and focus on the mantra and your breath.

Your breath

Breathing is a natural rhythm of our body. When you focus on our breath, you are present in the moment. Allow your breath to flow in and out, effortlessly.

Meditation length

The meditations during this experience are intended to be introductory to the practice and each one is approximately 17 to 20 minutes in length.
